Content Capturer

• Position: Part-Time Content Capturer

• Compensation: $20-$25/hr

• Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with hours varying based on client shoots

• Location: Fergus/Elora and surrounding areas

• Schedule: Some flexibility will be required based on client availability

• Requirements: A valid Ontario Driver’s License

What You’ll Do

As our Content Capturer, you’ll visit local businesses and client locations to capture photo and video content that our team can turn into Reels, posts, stories, ads and other digital content.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Capturing high-quality vertical video and photography for social media

• Visiting client locations throughout Fergus, Elora, Guelph and surrounding areas

• Working from marketing plans and creative direction provided by our team

• Spotting additional content opportunities while on location

• Capturing natural, candid footage as well as planned shots

• Helping clients feel comfortable and confident on camera

• Keeping up with current social media trends, filming styles and content formats

• Editing footage and photography and posting final takes

Who We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

• Spend enough time on social media to understand what makes content feel current

• Have a strong eye for composition, lighting, angles and interesting details

• Know the difference between simply recording something and capturing content people actually want to watch

• Are comfortable taking both photos and short-form video

• Are friendly, confident and professional when working directly with clients

• Can take creative direction while also using your own judgment on location

• Are organized, dependable and comfortable working independently

• Have access to reliable transportation and are able to travel to local client locations

• Have flexibility during work hours to meet with clients and collaborate with teammates
